1. Click here to start the download.

2. When asked to save or run the file, click run.



3. Once the program has finished downloading, you will be asked whether to run the program or cancel, click run



4. Another screen will come up, double click on "internet support encryption"



Once a technician has seen your request, we will remotely access the computer and assist in fixing your problems if possible.
